2026 High
Performance Camp

Date: August 28-30, 2026
Host: Region 7
Location: First State Gymnastics
Middletown, DE

WHO: All level 10 gymnasts who qualified to compete at the 2026 Dev Nationals, including all-star session athletes, plus first alternates to the Region 7 teams are invited first to register for this camp. Additional spots (if available) will be offered to Level 9 gymnasts who competed at 2026 Easterns, based on rank using AA scores from Easterns (all age groups combined).

August 1, 2026:  Update – Registration is open to any and all athletes who wish to participate in camp.  Registration is limited to 115 athletes.  If camp fills and you’d like to be added to a wait list, please email JBortz7rac@gmail.com. If this camp is filled, please consider registering for our NCAA showcase session of HPC (link below).  Register soon as spaces are filling up and this session is capped at 60 athletes.

Please note this is a 1 day only camp.  Overflow (2nd single day of camp) will be September 27, 2026.  Registration will open in late JULY – please note:  Your USA Gymnastics memberships all expire July 31. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE to register for this camp unless your membership is current – so take this time to update your membership to be ready when the registration opens in a few weeks!  Let’s go Region 7 xcel!
