WVGTC Is Looking for Upgrades In Some Areas Of Operation. The Roots of This Program Have Been in Operation For over 40 Years However The Existing Facility Has Been Upgraded In Every Aspect That Can Be Imagined. Our Facility Has Been Expanded To 26,000 Ft.² And Growing.
WVGTC Hosts Both Successful Men’s and Women’s Competitive Teams At Every Level For Almost 3 Decades. We Are Located In a Smaller Community In Regard to Demographics In Comparison To Large Cities And Metropolitan Areas. However, Because We Are In a Large University Town We Are Never Short Of Activities In a Great Cultural Environment.
We Are at the Crossroads Of Two Major Interstate Highways Allowing Travel With Ease and Access In Every Direction. What Is Outstanding About Our Location Is That Not Only Are We Just over One Hour South of Pittsburgh Pennsylvania And a Little over Three Hours West of Baltimore Maryland, But We Are in the Heart Of Truly Amazing Outdoors Activities And Beautiful Countrysides.
We Are Looking to Bring on Board A Full-Time Preschool/Class Director With Some Benefits Being Possible And the Salary Would Be Negotiated To the Expertise That the Individual/Individuals May Bring to the Table. We Are Always Looking To Add Quality Team Coaches For Both Our Mens and Womens Programs.
Our Coaching Staff Never Has To Worry about The Number of Training Stations In Regard to The Quality Or Numbers Of Stations. WVGTC Does Not Offer An Xcel Program At This Time. We are Willing to Begin Such a Program With a Dedicated Coach Or Coaches For an Xcel Team.

We are looking for candidates who are motivated, dedicated and passionate about gymnastics! Must be a team player and work well with others. Our program needs experienced or trainable people who want to help grow and improve our program. All potential candidates must have the ability to have and maintain all certifications need to coach USA Gymnastics.

If you love working with kids,in a fun, safe environment while teaching great technical gymnastics even at the beginner level, this job is for you. Experienced in girls and boys gymnastics, students ranging from Preschool to Team member.
Previous gymnastic experience required. Prior teaching or coaching experience preferred. Positive and friendly work environment. Pay is dependent on experience. This is a part-time positions available for immediate hire for the right candidate.

Prince George’s County Department of Parks & Recreation
The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission, Prince George’s County Department of Parks and Recreation is seeking a Gymnastics Head Coach. The Gymnastics Program under the Sports, Health and Wellness Division, was recognized as the State and Regional Club of the Year by USA Gymnastics in 2014.
The successful candidate must have a positive attitude, be motivated, willing to learn, enthusiastic and have the ability to work as part of a team. Experience should include knowledge of gymnastics and working with children of all ages coupled with a passion to continue the growth of this nationally recognized program.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or five years of competitive gymnastics coaching experience to include managing both recreational and competitive gymnastics programs.
- Experience with coaching gymnastics optional levels 6 – 10; able to spot level 8 – 10 skills.
- USAG professional membership with safety certification and background check.
- American Red Cross /CPR/AED and First Aid Certification.

Both hourly and salaried part and full time positions are available for JO Optional Levels 6-10, JO Compulsory Levels 2-5, JO Developmental Levels, Xcel Optional Team Program, Preschool Gymnastics Director and Recreational Coaches.
